HTC Steel Building Systems was founded in Lorena, Texas by Marine Corps veteran Tim Hill. The discipline that came with that background—show up, do the work right, and own the outcome—became the standard the company was built on. For more than ten years, HTC has earned a reputation among Central Texas general contractors for one thing above all: doing what we say we're going to do.
We mobilize on the date we commit to. We build to the plans. And we hand off work that passes engineer inspection without a punch list dragging out your schedule. HTC erects and installs steel—we don't fabricate it. We partner with fabricators to source material and focus our crews entirely on field execution. That focus is why our work holds up, and why the contractors who hire us once keep calling back.
